Jessica Kauffmann is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, addiction, and couples counseling.

With advanced training in modalities specific to mindfulness, couples counselling, attachment theory, and self-compassion, Jessica brings an integrative approach to her 15+ years of experience working with clients.

Her unique blend of personal and professional practice in recovery informs her passion and approach to client care.

Guided by the assumption that all humans are inherently resourceful, she believes in prioritizing her client’s strengths in an effort to honor this resilience.

With Jessica, clients can expect a direct, engaging style intended to help them feel seen and empowered. Truth-telling, empathy, and genuineness are all extensions of her philosophy that we thrive when we feel authentically connected to others.
