Ericha Lutter, LPCC, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

Ericha Lutter is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in CA and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in NY providing integrative, high-level care across a range of clinical settings.

Her experience spans nonprofit psychodynamic clinics, adult residential treatment centers, intensive outpatient programs, and private practice; equipping her to work effectively within complex systems of care and across varying levels of acuity.

Ericha received her BA from the University of South Carolina and her MA from New York University. 

Ericha specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, relational dynamics, and addiction. She works with a diverse clientele including creatives, professionals, and young adults navigating high-pressure environments, identity development, and performance-related stress.

Her approach is integrative and tailored, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.

Ericha is known for her ability to balance insight-oriented work with practical, actionable strategies; supporting clients in stabilization, behavioral realignment, and sustainable change.
