Jared Valentine – Co-Founder
Jared Valentine is a Co-Founder of Oro House Recovery Centers.
During his ten-year tenure as Co-Founder, Oro House has been providing community-based, long-term holistic drug and alcohol treatment by running inpatient, outpatient, and transitional living facilities under one umbrella.
With extensive start-up and operational experience, Jared oversaw opening, licensing, and credentialing nine locations with the Department of Health Care Services and the Joint Commission. Jared has been responsible for managing the budget, cash flow, business affairs, risk management, insurance billing, securing loans, and tax planning.
The company has continued to thrive despite multiple hardships. In November of 2018 five of the Malibu locations were destroyed in the most destructive fire in the history of Ventura and Los Angeles Counties. Under Jared’s swift decision making all the clients were safely relocated to other facilities — thanks to an effective emergency management and recovery plan that his leadership team had in place.
Jared’s team skillfully navigated the uncharted territories of the Covid-19 pandemic, and its effect on the clients, and the downstream effects on the organization.
Over the years, Jared helped to broaden the center’s unique philosophy based on providing non-judgmental, loving support in an ultra-high quality clinical setting.
Oro House was recently chosen as the Best Treatment Center in Los Angeles and Malibu by Newsweek Magazine.
